Welcome to Orchid Wax Studio! Our mission here at Orchid Wax Studio is to ensure everyone who comes in feels comfortable, safe, and valued during their waxing services. We believe in taking our time to listen to you and answering any skincare questions or concerns you may have. What Sets Orchid Wax Studio Apart After years being wax specialists , we noticed something so important missing. Traditional waxing appointments can feel rushed, leaving no room for personalized care and education you need. We schedule extra time for all bikini new clients. This ensures your appointment is not rushed and any necessary extractions. Most importantly, a thorough, comfortable, and personalized experience from start to finish. Our goal is for everyone to not only leave with freshly waxed skin, yet feeling confident and empowered with the knowledge of skincare. We currently offer female bikini waxing to the general public who are at least the age of 18 years old. Currently, we do not offer male Brazilians as we are not properly trained in the service. LOCATION We are appointment based only and currently located inside the Phenix Salon Suites. If you are lost, we are located in between Redners and Subway. An entry code will be found in your confirmation email. When you enter the building, you will make a left and two rights (if you see Alchemy Hair, you already walked right past us.) If our door is closed, please wait in the hallway where the blue benches are and we will come and get you! We work alone and can not answer the phone, text is the best way to communicate with us! POLICIES We require 50% deposits from all new clients and will go towards service total cost. We do have a 24 hour cancellation window. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% fee may apply. There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, we may need to reschedule your service or we may not have enough time for all of your services. Any no shows are subject to a 50% charge to the card on file. Failure to pay may result in being sent an invoice and restriction from online booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% fee of the service cost. If a deposit is required to book, it is non-refundable and will be used towards your service total. Rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, no shows, or being late beyond grace period will require a new deposit.
